Bulk up with the SP-1575-1 and SP-1875-1. These tailgate salt spreaders can handle pretty much any type of material, including bulk salt, sand and salt/sand mix. 	Go With the Flow We don’t mean to brag, but our spreaders are famous for their unrivaled material flow. That’s because they use a patented system, which includes a vibrator attached to a solid steel baffle to provide a constant supply of material to the auger feed system. It can handle practically any type of material, including bulk salt and a salt/sand mix. Thanks to this unique design, material won’t stop flowing, so you won’t have to stop working.
	Have It Your Way With a dual variable-speed controller, you can adjust the flow rate and spinner speed independently. Also, convenient accessory buttons allow for easy control of any attached optional accessories. The result is full control over your material flow…your spread pattern…your peripheral accessories…and your results.
	The Height of Hopper Technology When it comes to tailgate spreaders, poly hoppers are the way to go. They don’t rust or add a lot of weight to the back of your vehicle. We revolutionized the concept in the early 1990s, and it’s still taking the industry by storm.
	Don’t Lose Your Lid Unlike the lids on many competitive spreaders, our lids don’t tend to fly open in the wind. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Knowing that our spreaders would be used in harsh conditions, our engineers designed the fitted lids so that the wind would push them down, keeping them well seated on top of the hoppers.
	See What You’re Doing With the low profile design of our tailgate spreaders, you have full visibility through your mirrors. That means you can operate the unit and back up the vehicle much more safely and confidently, which is especially valuable at night.
	Works Well With Others Our tailgate spreaders are available with a wide variety of mount options, making them highly compatible with many types of vehicles. Furthermore, the FLEET FLEX electrical system allows for complete fleet interchangeability between other FLEET FLEX equipped spreaders. Simply put, our spreaders can adapt.

	Transverse Auger Transmission It's All in the Auger The transverse auger transmission features a 12-volt electric motor for reliable operation and low maintenance. The auger uses heavy-duty, variable-pitch flighting, which provides balanced delivery of material to the spinner. This innovative system allows the tailgate spreaders to distribute bulk material with unmatched accuracy.
	Inverted "V" "V" for Victory Bulk material can be a pain if your spreader isn’t designed to handle it. That’s why SnowEx developed the patented “V” baffle. Used in conjunction with a vibrator, this feature keeps material flowing consistently to the auger, so you don’t waste time unplugging the machine. *Photo shows SP-1875-1.
