ATV ramps

If your truck is big enough, you can haul your ATV in the cargo bed. How do you get it in there? With a ramp, of course. There are several different ramps to choose from. Some fold for easier storage while others are straight but provide more strength.

Ramps usually consist of two individual aluminum planks that you can line up with the wheels of your ATV. They typically include straps to attach to your truck for increased stability. ​

Bed liner

If your truck is going to become an ATV parking stall, you’ll want to protect the inside of your cargo bed. A durable bed liner will make a nice resting place for your ATV. There are two types:

• • Drop-in bed liners.
  
  These are rugged, plastic mouldings that you insert inside the cargo bed. They also come with a piece that covers the tailgate.


• • Sprayed-on bed liners.
  
  These are tough polymer coatings that can be applied directly to your cargo bed. This type of bed line provides a permanent barrier that can also be coloured to match your vehicle.

The price of the bed liner will depend on the size of your cargo bed.

Towing trailer

If your cargo bed is too small, or you need to haul more than one ATV, you’ll need a trailer. In this case, you’ll also need a trailer hitch. Your truck may already have a 1 ¼” or 2” receiver hitch. If so, you’ll need a ball mount.
